Exposure Expose'... How to get it right, even when your
camera wants to do it wrong
Serious photographers learn the skills for using the Aperture, Shutter Priority and Manual modes. They know when to use which F/stops, Shutter Speeds and ISOs. (The others just trust luck and get inconsistent results.)
In only four hours you will learn when to use which f/stops,
shutter speeds and ISOs - and why. Guaranteed.

One great way to understand how your camera handles exposure is to think about how
your EYE handles light.
Your RETINA is like the camera's sensor... it captures the light.
Your PUPIL is like the aperture in the camera lens that light travels through to get to the RETINA.
Your IRIS is like the mechanical part of the lens that expands or contracts to let in more or less light through the PUPIL.
The aperture of your camera's lens, acting like the IRIS of your EYE, controls the brightness or intensity
of the light that strikes the sensor.
Your EYELID is like your camera's shutter - it affects whether or not the light will enter your EYE.
Similarly, the shutter in your camera determines the "whether or not" and the duration that the light may strike the sensor.
Together, the aperture and shutter control the exact amount of light that strikes the sensor.
One other thing: You can control the sensitivity of the sensor by adjusting the ISO to the level of brightness of the light.

YOUR REWARD FOR READING TO THE END...
Apertures, Shutter Speeds and ISOs do more than merely affect exposure!
They help us with creative things, too.
