If you're serious about having a no-stress, smooth-as-silk wedding and would welcome lots of great ideas, then find a Wedding Coordinator.  She is worth it and will ensure everyone and everything work together like a well-oiled machine.

She will handle Mr. Murphy (of Murphy's Law repute) and make him regret even thinking of crashing your wedding.  She, not you, will deal with the little fires.

She will see to it that your wishes are carried out.

She will give you ideas and suggestions within your budget that will amaze you.
She's a pro and has done this - planning and coordinating - a lot more times than you have.
Your Wedding Coordinator is a better investment than your gown!
I can't believe I said that.  The gown people - and probably not a few brides - are going to kill me.
Let me ask one simple question while I still can.
Which is more important to you: The best gown you can afford or the best wedding you can have?
